Gift Ideas for the booklover in your life

Booklover in your life already have all the books or you don’t know if they already have a copy? Here are some great ideas for you!

Signed/special editions

This will need more planning but you could get them their favourite book signed or a special edition. Waterstones and Barnes & Noble are two bookstores that do special editions that ship internationally.

Signed copies are sometimes sold in bookstores and some authors do events where they sign copies of their books.

Annotating their favourite book

Annotating a copy of their favourite book with comments and lines that stand out would mean a lot to them!

Timed book buying spree

Give the booklover a set amount of time to browse the store to see what they may like and then once the timer is finished take them to the front of the store. Set another timer for a given amount of time and watch them race around the store to pick up books they definitely want to get their hands on.

Ebook reader

An ebook reader will allow them to have access to a lot more books and won’t take up too much room in their bags (only if they don’t already have one). There so many different types now at different price points as well!

Subscription

Gift them a subscription to a book box their subscribed to, Audible, Spotify or even Kindle Unlimited so they have more ways to access books they love.
