What’s On My Bookshelves?

Bookish Character Pops

Hello fellow readers! I thought this week I would dive to my shelves and share what is on my bookshelves. I haven’t fixed up my shelves in a while and that is a project for the holidays, but I am quite proud of what you will find on them.

I am quite lucky that I have special editions of books that I love which I will share in another post, today I’m going to share about the different bookish character pops I have and the books they are from.

I have two main stores that I have purchased them from and will divide the pops between the shops.

Library of the Night

I haven’t got many pops by Library of the Night but the detail on these pops are fantastic. She has a lot of SJM pops that go up for preorder and different monthly limited pops as well as general pops for sale.

Lou with familiars from Serpent & Dove trilogy by Shelby Mahurin

One of the stand out moments for Lou in the series is where she has the familiars all over her and her hair is white. Couldn’t help but get this pop.

Elspeth and Rushton from the Obernewtyn Chronicles by Isobelle Carmody

This was the first custom order set I purchased and Elspeth and Rushton have been my favourite characters since high school.

Fable and West from Fable by Adrienne Young

Couldn’t help but get pirate Fable and West when I saw them on sale with Brittany

Megan Leighan Reads

I definitely adore Megan’s work and most of my collection is made up of her work. A couple of them have additional bases and settings which I love! All these were made to order with custom requests for the pops.

Audrey Rose and Thomas from Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco

I loved the banter of Audrey Rose and Thomas that I couldn’t help but get the London setting with the couple. It was my first mystery series that I loved.

Audrey Rose from Escaping from Houdini, Capturing the Devil and Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco

There is no mistaking the stunning dresses of Audrey Rose so I had to get a character pop of each of the dresses from the other books in the series.

Fable from Fable and Namesake by Adrienne Young

This was part of a collaboration with another business Emboss and Spine. The details of Fable’s clothing and the bag is amazing.

Eelyn from Sky in the Deep by Adrienne Young

Sky in the Deep was the first by Adrienne I read and loved. I was hooked in the Viking characters and Evelyn’s strength.

Emilia and Wrath from the Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy by Kerri Maniscalco

After reading Kingdom of the Wicked and seeing character art, I couldn’t help by get pops of Emilia and Wrath. Megan did a great amount of detail in the skirt and Wrath’s tattoo.

Scarlett, Julian, Legend, Tella and Jacks from the Caraval trilogy by Stephanie Garber

I was late to the party of Caraval but fell in love with all the characters so needed pops to go along with my hardbacks and now special editions.

Alex and Kaiden from the Medoran Chronicles by Lynette Noni

The Medoran Chronicles is on of my favourite series which I read every year. I couldn’t help but get Alex and Kaiden created using descriptions from the books as there isn’t much character art out, yet.

Evangeline and Jacks from the Once Upon a Broken Heart trilogy by Stephanie Garber

This set was made after the first book was released and knew I was hooked on the characters again. I love Jacks hair as well as the detail on Evangeline’s dress.

Viv and Tandri from Legends and Lattes by Travis Baldree

Wouldn’t be a surprise I had Viv and Tandri made as Legends & Lattes was one of my favourite books last year. Megan had the idea for the table with coffee and a cinnamon roll and it’s fantastic.

Kiva and Jaren from The Prison Healer trilogy by Lynette Noni

I think I have pops from nearly all of Lynette’s series. I loved Kiva’a dress and how smart Jaren looked in the character art from the trilogy.

Iris and Rowan from the Letters of Enchantment duology by Rebecca Ross

One of my top reads last year and had to get Iris and Rowan made. The details up close are really well done and I love the letters they are holding as well as them spread across the floor. Can’t wait to share how they look on my shelves soon.

Poppy, Casteel and Kieran from the Blood and Ash series by Jennifer Armentrout

These pops were apart of a collaboration with Emboss and Spine as part of their Blood and Ash sprayed book edition. They are stunning up close and full of detail.

Reyna and Kianthe from Can’t Spell Treason Without Tea by Rebecca Thorne

My favourite cosy fantasy had to had character pops done for my shelves. Their puns and banter in the books were funny (at least to me).

Violet and Xaden from Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros

After reading Fourth Wing last year I immediately knew I would be getting these pops made. The hair detail as well as the armour up close is perfect. I love the weapons that were added as well.

Hades and Persephone from A Touch of Darkness Scarlett St Clair

One of my favourite couples from mythology is Hades and Persephone and Megan definitely did them justice the detail in her dress and his clothes up close is amazing.

Maia and Eden from The Blood of Stars Duology by Elizabeth Lim

I read the Blood of Stars duology which is a Mulan retelling and I adored it. I loved this couple and their arc so I’m glad to get these pops made.

Addie LaRue from the book The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E Schwab

Addie’s story was special and very moving so this pop is great and the details of the dress as well as the freckles are on point.

Lou and Reid from Serpent & Dove Trilogy by Shelby Mahurin

Fantastic couple and detail in everything in these pops. This was one of my first couple of pops that I got from Megan.

Kell from A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E Schwab

My sister loved Kell and Megan did an amazing job getting this character correct.

What characters would you get made into pops?

These are all the pops that are on my shelves but I know they will not be the last. Next week I’ll be sharing my favourite special editions.
